I am new to this board ,but have been trying to lose weight since Feb.
My start weight was 244 on 2/24/11
My weight ATM is 221 on 4/19/11
I have lost 23 pounds in just under 2 months
I go to the gym about 3 days a week and workout on my treadmill everyday
I am going to start the 30 day shred on Monday 4/25/11
My goal weight is between 135 and 145
I will be happy just to get under 200 . my first major GOAL
I watch what I eat and have cut pop (soda) out of my diet and only drink water and hot green tea
I count calories
Any Helpful hints or info is very much needed ...... This is the first time I have ever really tried to lose weight and any info would help Thanks in advance !!
Update 5-4-11 I still have yet to start the 30 day shred . The last 2 wks have been crazy at my house . The flu went through my family like wild fire. For 5 days stright there was at least 1 person puking or in bed . Kindda messed up my whole workout routine and I fell off my diet just a little . Then there was Easter and well with 2 kids and tons of candy in the house and AF came (TMI sorry) lets just say I had a couple pieces . Good news is I am back on track and going to the gym every other day and walking at home everyday
5/4/11 I am now down to 216
Only 2lbs away from 30lbs
5/6/11 I am now 215
I also just started the 30 day shred today . I did my first workout this morning
