Okay, here we go again! Starting today 6/21/06

Breakfast
2 pcs whole grain toast w/small amount of I can't believe its not butter

Snack
Fruit & yogurt parfait

Lunch
turkey & bacon wrap on whole wheat
6 cheddar balls

Dinner
1/4 c. cajun rice
2 c. cauliflower w/shredded low fat cheddar cheese

Snack
2 smores - NO NO NO!!! Not again!

1/3 c. corn w/onions & peppers
diet caffeine free coke

Snack
ice cream cone

1 c. bran flakes w/splenda
3/4 c. whole milk (was out of 1%)

Snack
handful pretzels
diet caffeine free coke
