This is so hard to post but I know I have to. This is what two kids, 2 c sections (nice belly thing huh?) and years of bad habit will do to you!
Run 2 miles 6x a week [at least]
Go to gym 3-5x a week for an hour
Start 30 Day Shred on 6.20.11 & Finish on 7.19.11
Start c25k on 6.16.11 & finish on 8.18.11
Sunday is a rest day
Lose 5% [10 lbs] by: July 20th (191.5 lbs)
Lose 10% [120.15 lbs] of body weight by: Aug 24th (181.35 lbs)
Lose between 1 - 2 lbs per week
Mini goal one: 150 lbs
Mini goal two: 130 lbs
Final Goal: 120 lbs
Stay within calorie range of 1200-1250
Drink at least 64 oz water per day
No soda at all
Try to eat cleanly as possible
Compete in first 5k in 2011 [Shooting for July 30th!]
Compete in The Warrior Dash on Nov 19th & 20th 2011 in Central TX
Compete in first 10k in 2012
Compete in The Warrior Dash on April 16th 2012 in North Texas
Compete in half marathon in 2012/2013

This morning was a bit crazy. Joe had a work meeting that caused him to be a little late for the gym but it's all good. I didn't want to go all out crazy on my first day, so I did what I could.
Exercise: 30 min on the treadmill. Walked with 1 min running intervals. Burned 249 calories and ran about 1.57 miles. My avg speed was 3.5 and while running it was 5.0. I felt good, especially in my new shoes. I went in the hot tub after to loosen my muscles and I think this helped A LOT. I will be doing this after each work out. Tonight, if I can squeeze it in - I will try to walk/run another 2 miles but it's 100+ out and I have the kiddos. Yes! I was able to walk 2.27 miles and burning another 200 calories!
Eating: I did well today! No soda but had some sweet tea.
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg white, mozz string cheese, Special K fruit crisp bar Lunch: Chick Fil A Grilled Chicken Sandwich, 1/2 med fries, sweet tea Dinner: 3 oz grilled steak, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 bell peppers Snacks: Frozen Yogurt w/ fruit, special k fruit crisp bar, Sweet tea, 1 slice natures own whole grain bread w/ 1/2 tbsp peanut butter Total Cals: 1,536 [1,650 goal]. Under by 114!
Water: 73 oz
