So I started out at

209
Start of my workout it was 207
After week 1 206.6
After Week 2 205.2 and waist was 49"
Currently in week 3 Tuesday is my next weigh in day and waist measurement.

Just beginning but hoping to do well. On the Hip Hop Abs Workout Schedule for First Month. Second month I will add in Core Rythums

I HAVE NEVER CONSISTANTLY WORKED OUT THIS MUCH. SO PROUD!!!

I figured I would come back on and list my progress. Well after posting all this my weight went up to

211

Wwe moved end of November I was at 209. Then slowly went down when DH and I started working out again.

Current: 198
First mini Goal: 196 so 2 lbs to hit that.

I do my own workout that I have made up. Stick to it for a week then slowly up it.
I am on a "lifestyle change" I refuse to diet so I just changed my eating habits greatly and I will not go back to old habits. I look at it as a change in life over a diet. I do a 3 day cleanse with salads and veggies but thats it. I cut out sugar drinks, so only water and unsweetened green tea. I do have a fruit smoothie in the morning for breakfast, no sugar added (minus whats in the fruit already)

Second mini "vacation" goal: Weigh 190 by end of March.
I already lost 2 lb since starting that goal, so only 8 to go.

Workouts consist of the eliptical. I started out at 1,000 revolutions in 20.32 minutes. To currently doing 1,400 revolutions in 20.55. So I have increased my time greatly.
I do arms with weights one day, the legs with weights the next. I currently workout 6 days a week.
Eventually I will add in workout videos such as hip hop abs, core rythums and 30 day shred (of course not all at once but 1 for 30 days, then rotate every 30 days)

So I have lost about 10lbs since my last update on here

Current Weight is 182
New Goal is 175
Pounds to lose is 7
Reward is $150 to go shopping for whatever I want

I have been watching what I eat, I did give up on working out every day. For 3 weeks I went down hill and worked out 3 days took off 3 days worked out 1 and took off 2. I was so scattered. I am now workingout 6 days a week again and seeing results.

Goal is still 175

Weigh in: January 2013

Want to focus on working out and eating right then weighing in. I may weigh in here and there but January is my next "official" weigh in. I know it takes 3 weeks to get back into a good routine and seeing results.

I am going to start Day 1 of 30 Day Shred, I missed 3 days and feel awful, bloated and exhausted. So I want today to be Day 1.

I am going by this

You Can Wake up Sore or you can wake up with Regret, your choice

No more regrets for this Mama.

Thanks Meagan. I am on Day 3 of a new workout and not looking back, only moving forward. I am tired of being overweight.
