Excercise: 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical trainer
Breakfast: frosted shredded mini wheats w/2% milk
Lunch: turkey breast, cheese, on sandwich thin may and mustard
1 cup of cubed cantelope
Snack: dark chocolate granola bar & sugar free red bull
Dinner: chicken stir fry w/red bell pepper and brocol, and onions over brown rice.
Snack: low sodium V8
