Oh I was so bloated when I first posted so Im going to weigh and re-post pictures now I have been eating better and busting my butt this week so hopefully Ill have at least some results.... Here goes.
Not showing a whole world of difference but it is only week one and I am down 6lbs. Goal for the next week is to make SURE I get my water. Soda has already been cute from my diet and fast food as well.
Today's weigh in made my week. We went out to eat and I had a big burger fries and a soda I have been a little down about that since it happened but my scale said it was okay because I am still down from last week Michael said that he can see the difference already. He doesn't much like talking about my weight because he feels like its one of the "girls will twist what your saying" things but I appreciate the encouragement he gives me. He asks me all the time "No soda today right?!" And has a big smile when I say none! He is a good guy to have beside me in my battle.
I didn't do so hot on my water I think I could have done better. But aside from red robin my intake has been descent this week. I have decided that if I want a burger I need to eat a burger because that's always my down fall. I deprive myself the things I like then when I do eat them I go nuts and loose it. Moderation is the key right now. And WATER I NEED TO DRINK MY WATER!!!! So here it is
