Thought I'd keep this here for my own organization. HA! We'll call this September since it's only a couple days away.

Weight: 210
Belly: 45 inches
ribs: 40 inches
Butt: 49 in
Thigh: 28 in
Arm: 13 in

Monday workout:
30 minutes of step, 30 minutes of shoulders and legs with weights and bands.

September 1st weight! 208!! Down two pounds! Woot!

Ran a mile and a half in 25 minutes.

No changes in weight, still only down 2 pounds....but I continue to see my body change which is encouraging. I know muscle weighs more than fat but I would LOVE to just see my weight come down bellow 200. But i know that's not going to happen until I stick to eating better. But I'm not giving up!!
