Monday, June 26 - 30 minute fast paced walk
Tuesday, June 27 -15 minute fast paced walk
Wednesday, June 28 - None
Thursday, June 29 - 30 minute jog/walk
Friday, June 30 - 25 minutes treadmill (walk 4.1 mph, jog 5.1 mph), 5 minutes eliptical, 40 crunches
Saturday, July 1 - 30 minute medium paced walk

July 2 - July 8

Sunday- None
Monday- 25 minutes treadmill (walk/jog), 8 minutes elipitical
Tuesday- 15 minutes of basketball
Wednesday- 25 minutes treadmill (walk/jog), 10 minutes eliptical
Thursday- 15 minutes jump rope
Friday- 25 minutes treadmill (walk/jog), 10 minutes eliptical, hip abduction (inner, 5 sets of 12)
Saturday- None

July 9 - July 15

Sunday- 25 minutes treadmill, jogged 1 mile straight at 5.5mph!! walked the rest at 3.8 mph w/ incline, 11 minutes eliptical
Monday- 30 minutes treadmill, jogged 1 mile (5.5 mph) walked the rest at 3.5 w/ incline, 11 minutes eliptical, 5 minutes rope jumping
Tuesday- 15 minutes rope jumping
Wednesday- Same as monday
Thursday- Two walks, one 15 minutes and one 30 minutes, and an 8 minute tae bo video
Friday- Same as monday minus the rope jumping
Saturday- None

July 16- July 22

Sunday- 20 minutes treadmill (jogged 1 mile and walked the rest w/ an incline), 10 minutes eliptical
Monday- 30 minutes treadmill (jogged 1 mile and walked the rest w/ an incline), 12 minutes eliptical, 8 minutes bike
Tuesday- 2 mile outdoor walk w/ frequent large and small hills
Wednesday- Same as monday
Thursday- 1 mile walk outdoor walk no hills, 60 crunches
Friday- 30 minutes treadmill (jogged 1 mile and walked the rest w/ an incline), 10 minutes eliptical, weights, 60 crunches
Saturday- 60 crunches

Sunday- 60 crunches
Monday- 30 minutes treadmill (jogged 1 mile and walked the rest w/ an incline), 12 minutes eliptical, 10 minutes bike, 60 crunches
Tuesday- 2 mile outdoor walk w/ frequent small and large hills, 60 crunches
Wednesday- Same as monday
Thursday- 1.5 mile outdoor walk no hills, 75 crunches
Friday- 30 minutes treadmill (jogged 1 mile and walked the rest w/ an incline), 10 minutes eliptical, 100 crunches
Saturday- 100 crunches

Sunday- 1 mile outdoor walk with frequent small hills, 30 minutes treadmill (jogged 1.5 miles and walked the rest w/ an incline), 12 minutes eliptical, 5 minutes rope jumping, 75 crunches
Monday- 30 minutes treadmill (jogged 1.5 miles and walked the rest w/ an incline), 12 minutes eliptical, 10 minutes bike, 80 crunches
Tuesday- 2 mile outdoor walk with frequent small and large hills, 20 pushups, 20 dips, 80 crunches
Wednesday- 30 minutes treadmill (jogged 1.5 miles and walked the rest w/ an incline, 12 minutes eliptical, 8 minutes bike, 5 minutes rope jumping, 80 crunches
Thursday- 80 crunches
Friday- None
Saturday- 1.2 mile jog
