Okay so Im starting the first step.... joining you gals here at this forum. Hey its a first step... right?
Here's a little info about me:
My name is Sonya. Im 26 years old. Im divorced & remarried. I have 2 adorable boys from my first marriage. Johnny who is 5 and Isaac who is 4.
I met my my husband Nathan last year... June 2005. We got married in August and got pregnant in September.
Our son Aiden was born on Fathers Day ( June 18th ) of this year!
Im 5'5 and weighed in at 110 lbs before I got pregnant.
At 38 weeks when I had Aiden I weighed in at 157 lbs.
Now 3 weeks after having Aiden I weigh in at 130 lbs.
My goal weight.... 110 lbs.
lbs to still loes... :: gulp :: 20 lbs. I have my work cut out for me.
With 3 kids I truelly don't have much time to do too much exersise.... but I will do my best and eat healthy.. I will be sure to update you gals.. on a daily basis my weight... what I ate ( weather its good or bad... ) and what I did for excersise. My goal is to get back down to 110 lbs by September 1st. That gives me almost 2 months to loes 20 lbs.. 10 lbs a month shouldn't be too hard... right??? LOL

Okay sorry for my absence.. I don't use the computer over the weekends.
I really don't have a bunch to update on though.... I have yet to buy a scale so im not sure what I weigh. I do know that I broke down and bought a bag of cotton candy and ate the whole thing! ya-ya.. I know bad!
Luckily it was HOT all weekend so I didn't have much appetite ( heat makes me not hungry )... but I also have to remember less Diet coke.. more water especially in this heat!
I did no excersis though.... did take a ride on Nathans R6... Hmmm perhaps some of the fat in my tushie vibrated off? LOL Wishful thinking...
A little insentive Nathan said I could get another Tattoo.. but where I want it ( lower belly ) I have to wait to tone it up first.... Hmm very good insentive!
Hmmm.... its only 8 am here and I have had my morning coffee... but thats it so nothing to update on food yet.
Guess I really should go buy a scale so I canupdate you gals on a daily basis with that... perhaps subconciously im avoiding it?? LOL
