Monday 7/17 - 50 crunches
Tuesday 7/18 - 30 minutes treadmill
Wednesday 7/19 - 15 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes eliptical machine
Thursday 7/20 - 30 minutes treadmill

Monday 7/24 - 20 minutes treadmill

Tuesday 7/25 - 30 NO Workout, fogot my w/out clothes at home

Wednesday 7/26 - 20 minutes cardio-4 sets of dumb bell excercises and 50 reps the bench press machine.
50 crunches

Thursday 7/27 - 20 minutes treadmill, 3 sets of 10 on vertical bench press machine, 1 set of 10 leg lifts.
50 crunches

Monday 7/31:
30 minutes on treadmill, walking up&down at 3.0-3.5 mph. 1.64 miles
1 set of 50 on a weight machine (dont know what its called)
50 crunches

Tuesday 8/1
AM workout - 30 minutes on treadmill 1.64 miles
1 set of 50 on weight machine


PM Work out - 1 mile walk aerobic video
50 crunches

Wednesday 8/2
AM Workout - 30 minutes on treadmill.
1 set of 50 on weight machine

PM Workout - 1 mile walk aerobices video
50 crunches

Thursday 8/3
AM workout - 30 minutes on treadmill.
1 set of 50 on weight machine

PM Workout - 1 mile walk aerobics video
50 crunches

Friday 8/4
AM Workout - 30 minutes on treadmill.
1 set of 50 on weight machine

PM Workout - 1 mile wakj aerobics video
50 crunches

Saturday 8/5
2 mile walk, 50 crunches

Monday 8/14 - No W/Out

Tuesday 8/15 - treadmill for 30 minutes, 20 situps, 5 crunches

Wednesday 8/16 - treadmill for 30 minutes, 30 situps

Thursday 8/17 - treadmill for 30 minutes, 30 situps

Friday 8/18 - treadmill for 30 minutes, 30 situps

Saturday 8/19 - going to a ball game plan to walk ALOT

9/6 Eliptical machine 15 minutes and Treadmill 15 minutes

9/7 40 minutes cardio consisting of 20 on the eliptical machine and 20 minutes on the treadmill
