Keeping track of all food consumed seems to really help people, so I'm going to give it a try! I'm going to edit in everything I eat everyday.. hope this helps me too

Well.. DF wanted to take me out to dinner, so we went to O'Charleys. I got a grilled chicken sandwich w/ a baked potato and diet pepsi. I have no idea how many calories were in dinner. I went to the website, but they don't have the nutritional info on any of it.. I think I made a pretty healthy choice.. other than the butter on my baked potato (oops!). But.. I'm off to the gym to work it off!
