This is my third pregnancy and I have found my ways of not gaining too much weight. I have my top fruits and veggies that helped me the most. Videos If you can eat one these on the list before each meal you will help to curb your cravings or over eating. I noticed when I was pregnant I would have these major cravings, but if I ate a piece of fruit or one of these vegetables before hand, I either killed the craving all together or I ate half as much.
