Okay so I am starting my journal!

Not that at this point I really have a lot to say other then this time I want to actually keep off the weight. I am starting at 294 and hope to lose 30 lbs by Nov 10th

I have been going to the gym and so far that is all.

I officialy started this diet on July 25th. So far here is my work out summary

7/25
Cycling 15 min 235 Cal.
Elliptical Trainer 5 min 95 Cal.

7/27
Cycling 15 min 235 Cal.
Walking 20 min 134 Cal.
Elliptical Trainer 5 min 95 Cal.

I feel good about this change but then when ever start anything I always feel good at first...lol we will see how things go as the days pass.

I am so stoked! (wow did I just use that word?? I don't think I have used that in like 15 years lol) anyway back to the weight topic. I stepped on the scale today and am actually seeing some change. I know maybe just water weight was the issue last week but I weighed in at 289 today! That is down 1 - 5 lbs from last week...lol I have been bouncing between 294 and 290 so first time in the 280's . I sure like seeing it!

Elliptical Trainer 15 min 285 Cal.

Okay so it never worked for me. I try and failed now I am looking into an RNY Gastric Bypass!!
