Today was my first day back working out post baby! I have a personal trainer at a local gym with my husband and we do strength training. Today was leg day.

I'm signed up for a 12 week weight loss challenge that technically starts on the 7th, but I got my measurements done yesterday! Here's my starting point;

STARTING MEASUREMENTS 9/26

165.6 pounds
40.2% body fat

Chest: 41"
Waist: 33.5"
Hips: 40.75"
R Thigh: 19"

FINAL MEASUREMENTS 12/23

137 pounds
29.3% body fat

It's my first time doing this! I cooked and bagged all of our food for the week into meals! Hoping this helps to stay on track.
