The good thing about feeling depressed is the weight loss from not eating.
the bad thing, is that you don't feel like doing anything and when you DO eat, it's crap and it goes right for the hips!!!
ugh. I need to get out of this funk! I have been trying to go for walks at lunch though, and just grabbing a quick salad. So score 1 for me! lol.
I had a very healthy salad yesterday, it was lettuce, tuna, a few boiled egg slices, some sliced almonds, a little bit of cheddar cheese and some poppy seed dressing. it was deeeeelicious, very low fat and it only cost me $2.88. LOL
i've only gained back 1 pound since i was so sick a few weeks ago.. when I dropped the 13 pounds!!
so YAY ME!!
I've been staying away from junk food and drinking tons of water and running up the stairs at work instead of taking the elevator (only between floors 41 & 47. I'm on the 47th floor and our office starts on 41!! lol)
