OKAY.....I had an anniversary that we went out for, Marissa's birthday, and a choir party and well my eating just was horrible. Now I'm starting again!

Breakfast: A big fattening honey bun!

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Panini (Chicken, Mushroom & Spinach), Water to Drink

PM snack: Peach Activia yogurt

Dinner: Beefy vegetable noodle soup

Snacks: Bowl of cereal, 2 cookies


Not the best eating day.....but I've got to learn to write it all down. Having to write it down should shame me into eating better!!



Exercise Walked 2 miles at lunch. Did 50 minutes of pilates.

Breakfast: Strawberry Nutrigrain bar, a bite of Andrew's toast.

AM Snack: Strawberry Activia yogurt

Lunch: Tuna sanwich, Ruffles chips, Water

Afternoon Snack: Rice Krispie Treat

Dinner: Half of a piece of deer steak, fries, half a tuna sandwich

Snacks: Yogos


Exercise: Walked two miles.

Breakfast: Cinnamon Swirlz cereal

AM Snack: Strawberry yogurt

Lunch: Turkey sandwich, Lays chips

Snack: 3 peanut butter cookies

Dinner: Lasgna, 2 pieces of garlic bread

Other snacks: Spoonful of peanut butter


Exercise: Walked 1 mile. Ran 1 mile.

Breakfast: Bowl of cinnamon toast crunch

AM Snack: Strawberry Activia yogurt

Lunch: Turkey sandwich, Ruffles chips

Snack: 3 peanut butter crackers

Dinner 3 pieces of a small frozen pizza

Snacks: A handful of Club cracker sticks, a few Lifesaver gummies, a couple bites of Andrew's doughnut

My downfall is this evening snacking. I can't seem to control it!

Exercise: 8 minute Tae-Bo video, walked 3 miles

Okay...I've gotten away from this for a week, but I'm back!!

I weighed today and I've lost 2 pounds. It's not a huge amount, but it's some!! I lost 1 inch in my chest, 1.5 inches from my waist and a half an inch from my hips!!

I forgot all about this. I really need to start using it again.

Let's see....what did I eat today....

B - Bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch

S - half a think of yogurt

L - chargrilled chicken wrap with light Italian dressing

S - fruit snacks
