30 dumbbell lateral raises
30 hammer curls
30 wall push ups
30 calf raises
30 lying abduction

Cardio: Fast walk 3 miles(doing that shortly)

10 minutes on eliptical

30 lying abduction

30 minutes on tredmill
10 minutes on eliptical (doing that later today)

(^^^added 5lb dumbbells^^^)

30 minutes on tredmill 3.5-4mph (atleast if not more depending on time)

Cant go walking or go to the gym today its raining out and DH is at work so dunno how Im going to do my cardio today.. :'(
