Week 9/16 - 9/22: (1st day 9/20)
Wednesday, 9/20:
Breakfast:
1 banana - 112 calories, 2 points
1/2 whole wheat English muffin - 70 calories, 1 point
1/2 tsp. blackberry jam - 25 calories, 0 points
BREAKFAST TOTAL: 207 calories, 3 points

Lunch:
6 in. veggie sub from Subway (Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, pepperjack cheese and oil are the only ingredients with calories/points) - 312 calories, 5 points
Miss Vickies jalepeño chips - 190 calories, 4 points
12 oz. Coca~Cola - 140 calories, 2 points
LUNCH TOTAL: 642 calories, 11 points

Dinner:
1.5 c. Lucky Charms - 220 calories, 4 points
1 c. 2% milk - 130 calories, 2 points
DINNER TOTAL: 350 calories, 6 points

Snack:
2 c. 2% milk - 260 calories, 4 points
2 Tbsp. Nesquick powder - 135 calories, 1 point
SNACK TOTAL: 395 calories, 5 points

~DAILY TOTAL: 1,594 calories, 25 points~

Water: 46 oz.

Thursday, 9/21:
Breakfast:
1 whole wheat English muffin: 140 calories, 2 points
1 tsp. blackberry jam: 50 calories, 1 point
BREAKFAST TOTAL: 190 calories, 3 points

Lunch:
Black bean/Kidney bean soup: 355 calories, 2 points
6 crackers: 75 calories, 1 point
12 oz. Coca~Cola: 140 calories, 2 points
LUNCH TOTAL: 570 calories, 5 points

Snack:
1 slice birthday cheesecake: 360 calories, 8 points
SNACK TOTAL: 360 calories, 8 points

Dinner:
2 c. 2% milk: 244 calories, 5 points
2 Tbsp. Nesquik powder: 90 calories, 1 point
DINNER TOTAL: 334 calories, 6 points

~DAILY TOTAL: 1,644 calories, 22 points~

Water: 48 oz.
