Breakfast- Cup of Coffee, Strawberry Nutrigrain Bar
Lunch- Small portion of Lo Cal Chicken Lo Mein, Water
Snack- Special K bar, water
Dinner- 5 taquitos, ranch dressing, water
Workout- 20 min of Cardio, 10 min of arm and leg toning
Water- 7-8oz glasses
Breakfast- Cup of Coffee
Snack- Low fat Chocolate chip granola bar, water
Lunch- Turkey Poor Boy, A few Fries, Sweet tea
Dinner- Serving Tuna Helper, water
Snack- 4 powder donuts Water
Water- 4-8oz glasses
Breakfast- Cup of Coffee, half of a egg, cheese, sausage croissant
Lunch- Crispy Chicken Salad, root beer ( bad Celeste)
Dinner- Salmon Patty, Mac and Cheese, Water
Water- 2-8oz glasses
~~~~Friday 9-22-06~~~~ I lost 3 lbs!!!!! And lost some of the fluff!!!
Breakfast- Cup of Coffee, Sausage & Cheese Kolache
Lunch- 2 fajita tacos with light sour cream, cheese, and hot sauce, Water
Snack- small order of French Fries, water
Snack #2- Low fat chocolate granola bar, water
Snack #3- Corn nuts, diet Dr. Pepper
Dinner- Nacho w/ meat, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, olives, and jalepenos!! I know it was bad but it was oh so good!!
Workout- None My night was crazy last night
Water 6-8oz glasses
Breakfast- Cup of Coffee, bagel with grape and strawberry jelly, water
