Ok, this is my first time doing one of these so hopefully it is ok.....
I started my no-carb diet on Monday10-2-06. so far I have done REALLY well, not cheated and drinking plenty of water.
I weighed myself today and after being on the diet 3 days, I have already lost 2lbs!!! I'm not going to put down my weight just yet... I have serious weight/self esteem issues..... but I iwll continue to list the weight loss.... I did this low-carb thing a few years ago and lost 65lbs, so I know I can do it!!!
I am so looking forward to taking this journey with you girls!! the support will be so helpful!!!!
ok, so I am on day 15 of my diet and so far......lost 11lbs!!! I am so happy for me!! lol
I wish I couild find the time to excersise tho, that's my only down fall...with 3 kids and home alone at night, I just can't seem to find the time to excersise....
