Started the 6WBMO at 197lbs Feb 10th/2006

Week 1: 187 -10lbs | Week 2 : 185 -2lbs | Week 3: 181 -4lbs | Week 4: 177 -4lbs | Week 5: 176 -1lb | Week 6: 175 -1lb | Week 1B: 174 -1lb | Week 2B: 170 -4lbs | Week 3B: 169 -1lb | Week 4B: 167 - 2 lbs | Week5B: 167 maintained | Week6B: 166 -1 | Week 1C: 165 -1 | Week 2C: 162 (mini makeover) - 3lbs | Week 3C: 162 maintained | Week 4C: 162 maintained | Week 5C: 158 -4 lbs | Week 6C:158 | Week 1D: 157 | Week 2D: 159 | Week 3D: 156 -1lb | Week 4D: 155 -1lbs | Week 5D: 153 -2 lbs | Week6D: 152 -1 | Week 1E: 156 | Week 2E: 156

Okay that's when I lost track - it was sometime in August after i went to SLC for business. So starting in October here are my new stats:

October 9-15 Starting weight 163



The 6WBMO is a plan that starts by body typing your individual metabolism. The theory is that not everybody is the same and not every diet works for everyone. They have 5 different body types and 5 plans t match each of those body tyes - then they break it down for men and women. On this plan you eat 5-6 meals a day ( 3 meals and 2 or 3 snacks). The plan is composed of the eating plan, the fat burning program (cardio) and the body sculpting plan (resistance training).

This plan is not for everyone - it is an aggressive weight loss plan and many people have found it too restrictive. For me, I like restrictive. After about 72 hours on the plan I felt the best I have ever felt. Maintenece is very simple as well. I maintained my weight within 5 lbs after 'going off' for quite a while (up until my binge outs in October). I have had 3 friends all try this plan. My sister couldn't do it - she likes more of a low carb lifestyle with more fat in her foods, my friend C has lost all of her baby weight and then my other friend E just can't handle the restrictiveness at all. So it really just depend son the person as to whether it works for you or not.

October 9th

Weight 163.4

B - 2 oz sliced turkey breast, baby carrots
Snack - missed
L - 2oz turkey breast, baby carrots
Snack- strawberry smoothie (2 egg wt, 3 strawberries, splenda, water)
D- 2 oz turkey breast, 1 small BP, baby carrots
Snack - nil
I had a lot to do and wasn't much up for variety...

Exercise NIL


October 10th

Weight 158.0 -5.4 lbs

B - 2 HB egg whites, sliced cucumbers
Snack - missed
L - turkey breast and cucs
Snack - sour soother candy bad Stina
D - small BP, turkey breast, steamed carrots
Snack -no evening snack

Exercise NIL

October 11th

Weight 158.0

Breakfast - 3 slices turkey sandwich meat, baby carrots
Snack - " " ditto - again I am not in a state of needing variety
Lunch - 2oz CC, small BP, sliced cucs
Snack - missed
Dinner - baked turkey breast, small BP, steamed carrots OMG I eat the same thing every day
PM Snack - nil

Exercise - 45 minutes of target heart rate at Curves

October 12th

Weight 157 - 1lb

B - 3 slices turkey breast, carrots (Had to grab and go)
Snack - nada
L - 2 HB egg whites, carrots (still on the go food, I think I officially hate carrots right now)
Snack - nope
D - tuna salad with cucs
Snack - slice ww bread (def not on plan)

Exercise 45 minutes Curves

Exercise NIL

Today totaly went to crap - I kept meaning to eat. Then something else would come up. I ended up grabbing a bite of bread at lunch time and then shoveled a piece of pizza in my mouth at dinner because I felt like I was starving. What a crappy day!!

Yikes, totally off plan this week - too obsessed about TTC I need to get back to focusing on being healthy and not obsessing over the TTC factor which I can't control *sigh*.
