I will start with yesterday's workout--11/2

12:30 pm--Took babies for a 2 mile walk around the neighborhood! It was a little chilly, but I bundled them up and off we went!
5:45--Walked/Ran 1.5 miles on TM--speed varied--went 3.5 for 2 minutes, 4.0 for 3, 4.5 for 5 min, 4.8 for 2, 5.2 for 2 and cooled down dropping speed every minute

Strength training--very little, but I did crunches in the am, bicep curls with 10 lbs and military press with 10 lbs--3x10
**I stopped because Troy was screaming while DH feeding him and I couldn't stand to not know what was going on

11/3
Does shopping count went to Walmart and walked around a lot!

Okay--here's the real workout (if you can call it that):
4:30-4:50--took Troy out for a stroll--would have gone much longer but it was very cold!
9:00pm--helped Jay unload wood--not a great strengthtraining session, but I did get a little bit in

11/4--shopped with my sister and got home later than planned (isn't that always the case), but still got in short 15 min. walk with Troy. Once again, I ignored strength training

11/5--Today was my very tired day--Troy slept horribly, so I had virtually no energy today , however, I still went for our usual 2 mile walk in the fields after church! I did nothing else though that even resembles exercise!

11/6:
Took the babes for a 30 minute walk and then took Troy and the dogs around 2 fields (about 1.5 miles). Got home and motivated myself to strength train:
2 x 10 Incline press--10 pounds
2 x 10 Butterflies--10 pounds
3 x 10 Tricep--10 pounds
2 x 15 Tricep Kickbacks--8 pounds
Various Abs (crunches, reverse, obliques, bridging

11/7--Great Day today--needed the stress relief!!!!
25 minutes on the TM--18 min running--increased speed every 2 minutes (2 min. warmup and 5 min cooldown)
Strength Training--
2 x 10 squats--20 pounds
2 x 10 plie squats--20 pounds
Calf raises to fatigue
1 x 25 sidebends--10 pounds
Various Abs (see 11/6)

11/8--Wednesday's are kinda wild for me, so I didn't get anything accomplished I guess I do need a day off!

11/9--Beautiful weather today so I took full advantage!
11:00am--took a 20 minute walk with Troy and Anaka--cut it short because they were dressed to warmly
12:30--redressed them and did a 35 minute walk
4:30--Took Troy and dogs around 2 fields (1.5 mi. about) so another 20 min or so walk!!!!!
I always count house cleaning for a workout, so I vacuumed, dusted, and scrubbed the kitchen after dinner too!

11/10--Walked with my sister and Troy around 2 fields again--would have gone longer, but sis was too tired and she needed the company so I caved!

11/11--another beautiful day!! Did all three fields (2 mi) with Jay and Troy and then took Troy for a 20 minute walk later in the afternoon just because it was too beautiful to stay in! No strength training to speak of for a few days though

11/12--RAINY--YUCK there goes our 2 mile walk. I did run on the TM for 15 minutes, but somethings wrong with it, so I have to stay off of it until Jay makes sure I won't tear it up. I finally did some strength training though:
3 x 10 bicep curls--10#
3 x 10 Lat pull downs--45#
3 x 8 Upright rows--10#
3 x 10 Bent over rows--10#
Various abs

So I haven't posted this week but each day, I have walked at least 20 minutes with the kids. The only other things I did was what was in the Chain Game I have been a slacker!

Wow--I am very behind on posting! I can't remember what I did before Thanksgiving so I will start with Thanksgiving
11/23--Ran for 20 minutes varying speeds
11/25--Took Troy and the dogs around the 3 fields, so a 2.5 mile walk
11/26--same as yesterday
11/27--Took the babies for a 30 minute walk this am and Troy for a walk around the fields--only 1.5 miles though--this afternoon.

I desperately need to get some strength training in!!!

11/28--2 walks again (starting to see a trend )--the first was 30 minutes and the 2nd was 20.
11/29--NOTHING--I was too busy today--I did walk Troy in our little town, but it wasn't anything I would claim as exercise
11/30--This will be the last nice day according to the weather people, so I took the babes for a full 2 mile walk this am and then did some massive cleaning after Anaka left, so I feel much better about today. STILL NO STRENGTH TRAINING--someone get me on those machines!

12/2--Cleaned ALL afternoon--got so into it, I forgot to each lunch

12/3--20 minute walk with DH, Troy and the dogs--too cold to do much more.
Evening--2 miles on the treadmill--ran 1.5 of it
Ab work
Bicep Curls
Military Press
Lat pulls
Upright rows
Bent over rows!!! FINALLY

12/4--
25 minutes on treadmill--ran for 20 at various speeds
Chest Press
Tricep kickbacks

So I have been avoiding this like the plague--too humiliating to admit that I have done little other than walking I have intentions to workout then something comes up--I am going to make a huge effort to do this when the chaos dies down. Hopefully, I will get some time tomorrow

1/1--Treadmill for 25 minutes--18 of those running
Lat Pull Downs, Bicep Curls, Bent over rows, Military Press, various back and abs

1/2--Elliptical 20 minutes
Weights:
Various Chest and Tricep exercises (chest press, dumbbell press, crossovers, tricep pulldowns, tricep extensions) and various abs

1/3--30 minute walk with babies and various exercises while they played--calf raises, squats, abs

1/4--25 min. interval training on elliptical
Squats, lunges, calfraises, dead lifts, leg press--3x10 for all

Chest Crossovers--cable column
Dumbbell Press--10 lbs
Tricep Kickbacks--8 lbs
Tricep Pull downs--cable
Chest Press--machine
Stretching and abs

1/9--
Did one of my dance videos--it was okay--some of the moves were hard to do, so I don't know how great of a workout I got.

1/10--Cardio day
Elliptical--20 minutes intervals
Treadmill 15 min. running/jogging intervals
Stretch and abs

1/11--Leg day--3 x 10 all
Elliptical--15 min intervals
Leg Press--120 lbs
Squats--12 lbs
Standing Ham Curls
Hip adduction (for inner thigh)--machine
Hip Ext--for butt--machine
Calf raises--10 lbs
Dead Lifts--12 lbs
Ab, Stretching

1/16--20 Min. Elliptical
Back and Bicep Day--did 1 x10, added weight, 1 x 8, added weight, 1x6 for each:
Lat Pull downs
Bicep Curls--cable
Rows
Bicep Curls--Dumbbells
Upright Rows--Cable
Back Extensions/w. rotation
Various Abs

Lat Pulls, Bicep Curls (dumbbells), Back Extensions, Bent over Rows, Biceip Curls Cable, Abs Abs Abs
10 min--Hill walking 5-8 % at 4.0

1/27--2 mile walk with Troy in backpack--whew!
1/28--Gym:
W/U--Treadmill 4 % incline--10 minutes
Leg day--Squats, Plie squats, deadlifts, leg press, inner/outer thigh, Stanging hamstring curls
15 min. Elliptical--fat burning program

1/29--Gym:
20 minutes Interval Training on Elliptical
15 min. interval running, 5 min. cool down
Abs
Lat pulls, Tricep Ext, Back Ext (waiting for ab room so had to do something )
