Okay. Haven't started a program yet. But I will start my journal.
11/8/06- Did a couple of excersises from a couple of threads in Family Sports & Fitness. I have my pilates video waiting to be put in. I think I will dig up my mat and stretch bands. I think today is a good day to start. Now should I do that first or clean the house???
I'll be back to update.
11/10/06- I finally dug out my pilates stuff. And got my stretch bands out too....So that is a start, since I have been procrastinating. Now that I have them out in the open, I'll be more motivated to use them.
I'm terrible. I told myself I will start Monday. Being it is weekend and all. Tomorrow whole family is supposed to do alot of working out.....We'll see....
11/11/06- With hubbie home, I didn't do much "working out"...
11/12/06- Whole family went to the park and hit the trails. Kaven in the stroller and Phoenix on a leash we walked/hiked the trails twice next to the river. What a workout!!...We didn't even cover half of it. We set a goal for ourselves to go every Sunday and do the WHOLE thing. And hike up the dam and walk around it. It was getting dark before we got to that part. Next time, that is where we will get our workout...
