I have struggle with my weight since 1996. It has been an uphill and downhill battle for me. I started out at 130 when I discover I was pregnant with my son. By the time I deliver him I was near 200. After Dave was born I got down to 170 but didn't stay there for long. Soon after the birth of Dave, Laura was conceived. I did pretty well at first but the last six weeks got me. I had only gained 15 pounds up to that point and then my blood pressure went up and couldn't be controlled. I was put on bed rest and my weight shot up to over 225. The biggest I have ever been. Actually it was higher than that when I went in to deliver Laura...232. After Laura was born I got below 200 and stayed around there. I tried everything but it seemed like I would lose and then gain. Kind of like a yo-yo.
Then my other two girls were born. My youngest is now four and I have lost weight but gained it back. I was about two years ago around 165 but now I am back up to 212 the last time I weighed. Like I said in the beginning I am tired of being overweight. I want to be skinny again. I want to be healthier and have more energy. So today I am starting a new era in my life. I am going to be 10 pounds lighter by Christmas. That is my goal.
