ok girls.. i've got a cruise coming up in 6 months. time to bust that butt and get some weight off. Besides, we are starting to try soon for a baby and i'd like to lose about 40 pounds before we do that...

Ok pretty sure I"m weighing in around 160. I've got to weigh myself tomorrow, but that's a pretty good estimate.

Goals for Tuesday:
drink 3 large bottles of water
No sugar
High protein
no white carbs

walk for 45 mins

Lets look at my food for today.. no wonder I"ve gained weight

started with a bacon egg cheese rollup
coffee with creamer
tortilla with butter
peanut butter sandwhich on white bread
diet coke
tons of cheese crackers
hamburger helper
gummy bears

UGHHH. i feel like crap!! NO WONDER!! look at what i eat, and dont work any of it off. Ok lets start tomorrow positive.
