Food Plan: We are totally broke for 2 weeks so I can't get any Slim Fast shakes.. but that's what I'm going to use. Lately I haven't been eating breakfast or lunch .. just snacking here and there which is not good for me kuz when I DO eat my body goes into 'survival mode' and turns more of the food into fat instead of energy (i think that's how it works ). I am also cutting out soda pop. I'm only going to drink water or 100% juice.


Exercise Plan: Not sure yet I may join Curves later.. I'm going to try and go walking with the kids in the stroller as much as i can.



Things to buy: a scale!! lol
