Monday January 15th

Breakfast: sausage egg and cheese english muffin (recipe from Biggest loser cookbook)
Lunch: South beach diet...turkey wrap, jello
dinner: turkey breast, green beans, salad

8 glasses of water

Exercise: 30 minute circuit workout at Curves!!!!!

ETA: snack after exercising: cottage cheese with pineapples.

Healty choice ice cream bar......bad bad bad!!!

Tuesday Jan. 16th

Breakfast: Sausage english muffin

Lunch: Grilled Chicken and noodles with parm cheese

Dinner: South beach Diet chicken cesear salad wrap, jello

Snack: cake and ice cream (grandmas b-day)

8- 8oz glasses of water

Exercise: 45 mintues of shoveling snow!!!!

Wednesday Jan. 17th

Breakfast: special K cereal , milk banana

Lunch: south beach diet pizza, carrots

Dinner: grilled chicken pita pocket, yogurt

snack: special K snack bar

6- 8oz glasses of water

Exercise: none today

Thursday Jan. 18th

Breakfast: jello, special K bar, water

Lunch: chicken sandwich (Arby's) water

Dinner: grilled barbeque chicken, salad, broccoli, water

Snack: jello, special K bar

Exercise: 30 minutes curves workout!!

4-5 8oz glasses of water!!

Friday Jan. 19th

Breakfast: Sausage egg, cheese english muffin, water

Lunch: south beach diet lunch wrap, jello, water

Dinner: 2 whole wheat tortilla pizzas, salad, water

Snack: healthy choice ice cream bar, jello, special k bar! ( I was hungry!)

Exercise: 30 minutes shoveling snow, 20 minutes on treadmill

6- 8oz glasses of water
