I started today and weighed myself this morning. I am 212.8 at my mom's house this morning and 210 at my house early this morning. I had had very little to eat when I weighed and very little liquid so I don't think it was water. Maybe the difference of my clothes. But could my clothes really weight 2.8 pounds? Anyway I will be back tonight to write down how I did and what I had to eat.
I did pretty good yesterday. I had a breakfast bar for breakfast, a protein water drink with carrots for snack, a bowl of cereal for lunch, and snack bar for snack. Supper I had boiled shrimp and a salad.
