Today I offically joined Weight Watchers. Tonight I have been very bad but will get on track tomorrow.

I weighed in at 204.


Waist 40 1/4
Hips 47
Right Thigh 25
Bust 44
Below Bust 37 1/2
Shirts XL or 1x
Pants 16/ 18

My entry on day one of my WW journal has a big slash and says BAD 1ST DAY in great big letters. I did that the first time I joined WW also. Today I will level out and find my niche and get on track.

** So far so good today. I ate what I brought in for lunch. The guys brought in an doffered me take out but I stuck with what I have.

Ok I have 24 Target Points to work with. So far today I have had:
B- Slim Fast 4pts
S- Twizzlers 3pts
L- Pork w/ Rice 9pts
S- Pickle 0pts
S- 100 cal Doritos 2pts
D- Pork sandwich 11 pts
D- Baked Lays 2pts
S- WW ice Cream 2 pts

I had to use 9 flex points. I hate that I used so many flex but that's ok. I will try and do better tomorrow.

Ok so far today hasn't been too bad. I forgot my slim fast so had to make do with what I brought.

B- Fruit Cup 1 pt
S- String Cheese 2 pts
L- Pork Sandwhich 7 pts
S- Twizzlers 3 pts

So far I still have 11 pts so that is much better then yesterday. Hopefully tonight I won't have to use flex.

I am now down to 197.5.

I have done well today. I have gotten past the wanting to eat everything in sight. i think my body is finally readjusting to WW. Let's just see if I can keep it up.
