My entry on day one of my WW journal has a big slash and says BAD 1ST DAY in great big letters. I did that the first time I joined WW also. Today I will level out and find my niche and get on track.
** So far so good today. I ate what I brought in for lunch. The guys brought in an doffered me take out but I stuck with what I have.
Ok I have 24 Target Points to work with. So far today I have had:
B- Slim Fast 4pts
S- Twizzlers 3pts
L- Pork w/ Rice 9pts
S- Pickle 0pts
S- 100 cal Doritos 2pts
D- Pork sandwich 11 pts
D- Baked Lays 2pts
S- WW ice Cream 2 pts
I had to use 9 flex points. I hate that I used so many flex but that's ok. I will try and do better tomorrow.
