I'll update here as well, but I have another weightloss journal here.

April 23rd, 2007

Stats:
SW - 260lbs.
CW - 245lbs.
GW - 150lbs.

So far I have not been on track like I should be. It's mainly with my working out and drinking plenty of water. I can stay in my points easily! I do need to eat more fruits and veggies tho.

Meals
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs whites, 1 cup coffee w. 1/2 cup skim and 1 packet splenda.
Snack: 1 cup grapes
Lunch: Whole wheat noodles and 2/3 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Snack: 1 cup carrots
Dinner: 1 cup tuna helper made with skim milk, 1 slice watermelon, 8oz. diet coke.
Snack: 1 small bag dark chocolate M&Ms.

Water Intake: 2.5 liters (goal: 4.5 liters)

Exercise: 60 minutes cardio, Carmen Electra Aerobics.

Snack: 1 med. apple
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwhich on whole wheat bread.
Snack: 1 WW ice cream bar.
Dinner: 1 small steak, baked potato, small salad w. FF ranch.
Snack: 1 cup strawberries with Lowfat whipped cream.

Water Intake: 1.5 liters (goal: 4.5 liters)

Exercise: 40 minute walk.
