Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs whites, 1 cup coffee w. 1/2 cup skim and 1 packet splenda.
Snack: 1 cup grapes
Lunch: Whole wheat noodles and 2/3 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Snack: 1 cup carrots
Dinner: 1 cup tuna helper made with skim milk, 1 slice watermelon, 8oz. diet coke.
Snack: 1 small bag dark chocolate M&Ms.
Water Intake: 2.5 liters (goal: 4.5 liters)
Exercise: 60 minutes cardio, Carmen Electra Aerobics.
Breakfast: 2 slices turkey bacon, Whole wheat bagel, 1 cup coffee w. 1/2 cup skim and 1 packet splenda.
Snack: 1 med. apple
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwhich on whole wheat bread.
Snack: 1 WW ice cream bar.
Dinner: 1 small steak, baked potato, small salad w. FF ranch.
Snack: 1 cup strawberries with Lowfat whipped cream.
