Hi! My name is Brooke and I am new to this forum. I am 21 years old and have been happily married for almost 2 years. Back when my husband and I started dating I was a LOT skinner than I am now. Unfortunatly back then I thought I was FAT, therefore I never weighed myself. I could kick myself for that now because I dont know how much weight I need to lose to reach my goal of being the size I was when I met DH. So, here are some stats:
Highest Weight: 219.5
Current Weight: 205
Goal Weight: 175
I am 5'9" and have a very large bone structure, so I am thinking that 175 will suit me fine, but I guess we will see once I get there.
I have lost 7.5 pounds in the last 3 weeks and am really hoping to keep that going. So, starting tomorrow I will post in here everday of how I did and hopefully I will keep the motivation up. I have a cruise coming up in August and I really need to be at my goal by then!
