I keep forgetting to post here
well, my first weigh in at WW on 8/16 I gained a pound. I have no idea how I did that. I ate all of my 8 healthy requirements. I drank more than 6 glasses of water a day, and I only had 1 pop the whole week... My leader says that my body isn't used to "healthy" food so it is going to take a little bit to get used to it. It is hording all of the water and such... plus my af started after my weigh in. That had to do something with it too..
well, since my last weigh in, I have been doing great!! A couple of days, I could barely eat my 24 points....
Last night I broke down and splurged. I ate ice cream pie. It was really yummy and was about 15 points YOUCH!!!!
I stepped on my scale at home and by my scale says that I have lost 3 pounds this week already... I will be really good for the next 2 days. I wi on Tuesday mornings!
