Hey everyone! Im new here and really want to lose weight. I cant do it by myself so I know if I post here I should be able to. I dont exercise often and dont eat right. Im have just recently started cutting down my portions and not eating as much sweets as I used to. I havent weighed myself in a long time because Im afraid of what the scale is going to say. My husband weighs himself everyday and tries to get me to but I wont. So Im not sure what my weight is. Ill weigh myself tomorrow and post it.

This is what Ive eaten so far today...
I wake up at 5 in the morning and ate a yogurt at about 5:30.
Its about 9:40 right now and I just got done eating a salad before I started this post.
In about an hour or two im going to eat a few strawberries and then it will be dinner tonight.

Please wish me luck everyone. I really need it. Thanks!

Ok so I weighed myself this morning and I weight 255. Im not going to set a goal, I just know I wanna lose some weight. However much I lose is fine with me as long as I lose some.

When I got home I ate...
A piece of beef jerkey
2 chicken fingers and a cup of garlic pasta (dinner)

This morning I ate...
Yogurt before I went to work
Im also going to have yogurt for lunch with strawberries
