I would like to lose some of my baby fat, looking at my belly its all big and wobbly. I can only fit into one pair of jeans and they are the ones i had to go out and buy last week!! im a size up from what i was and i would like to go back down a size so i dont have to go buy a whole new wardrobe [though i do love clothes shopping!!] but i would feel much better if i could wake up and slip into an old pair of jeans
I've lost 13lbs altogether so far but i havent exercised for a week because ive been too lazy but i have been eating healthy and cut out all cakes, mcdonalds & sweets and it must be doing something as i got into a pair of my jeans yesterday! HOORAH
Today i bought an exercise skipping rope & also a fitness trampoline so im aiming to get on them everyday.. Skipping & Bouncing is far better then doing jogging on the spot and push ups!! exercise has to be fun for me to make me carry on..
