I am new here. I just gave birth to my son on July 3. I am 5 weeks PP today & the pregnancy weight isnt falling off anymore. Time to work at it!

Pre-pregnancy weight- 110 lbs
Pregnancy weight- 170 lbs
Current weight- 147.4 lbs
Goal- 105 lbs (I'm only 5'0"!)

I am going to be watching what I eat(No more pizza & ice cream cravings for me!) & exercising!

For your height and weight you should weigh.. small frame: 104-115 Medium frame(which most everyone is): 113-126 and large frame: 122-137.. and if Im not mistaken you shouldnt be cleared to do any type of exercise for a few more weeks being that your child was born on July 3rd... Your body is still trying to recoup and once you are cleared to exercise and all that again I see no problem with you being able to get the weight off.. I think your pre-preggers weight was a good one..

I should get the ok to start exercising again in a week at my 6 week PP appointment. I don't plan on starting exercising until then.. just eating healthier for now!

Morning weigh in- 146.0 lbs!

Yesterday I had Special K cereal for breakfast & a turkey sandwich for both lunch & dinner. I need to start eating more fruits & veggies. I will probably make a stop at Kroger today.

Morning weigh in- 144.8!
All these turkey sandwiches are really making a difference! I've also cut out all sodas. I'm only drinking water now!

I can start exercising now! Hopefully the weight will start coming off faster now.

Morning weigh in- 141.8 lbs!
I've been counting calories & exercising a lot! Running up & down stairs, crunches, pushups, squats, and lunges.
