For your height and weight you should weigh.. small frame: 104-115 Medium frame(which most everyone is): 113-126 and large frame: 122-137.. and if Im not mistaken you shouldnt be cleared to do any type of exercise for a few more weeks being that your child was born on July 3rd... Your body is still trying to recoup and once you are cleared to exercise and all that again I see no problem with you being able to get the weight off.. I think your pre-preggers weight was a good one..
