I start today (it's 3:17 am) my weight loss program.
My weight as of today is 208 lbs.
I want to be at least 150 by Dec 31st.
So my weight goal for this week is going to be 4 lbs.
I plan on limiting what I eat, but exercising more really. When I get off work I usually go to sleep, but from now on, before I go to sleep i plan on doing a DVD, waiting 30 minutes, then eatting a salad, waiting 30 more minutes and then heading off for a little nap. Then around 1 a walk around the neighborhood, and another DVD. Followed by a lite snack, until dinner, and then off to work. Ill update later to tell anyone that my be reading how things went on my 1st day.
