Now that today is Sunday a new week started. I am set after weighing myself and seeing my new number that I need to do this. If I want to have a long healthy life for my family I need to get this extra 80 pounds off.
Lose 30 pounds by Christmas
Walk at least 1 mile every day, adding 1 mile a week until I am at 10 miles a day
Park the farthest away from store, no matter how cold
Low Calorie, High Protein diet
No Soda, unless diet and caffeine free
I will add any more I think of.
