Septermber 30, 2007 is going to be the last day of listening to that little voice in my head telling me to get off my butt and stop eating so much junk! Starting October 1, 2007 the journey of fat that but right now I am thinking that failing would be better than never trying at all riight?
(yeah, that is not baby dust, it's weight loss dust!)
Breakfast~ I had a slim fast shake or at least most of one, and a banana
Not sure if slimfast is the way I will go with this but I thought it would give it a try.
<span style="color:#2e8b57">9:30AM~ I am sitting here on my laptop at work, postin on JM and I have a stack of junk staring at me, there is some FF pringles, a bag of goldfish (the ones with the extra chedder yuumm), some chocolate chip cookeis, and a box of Kashi crackers.
OK in all honesty, Ihad a TERRIBLE weekend. We totally vegged out in front of the TV and munched on JUNK food all day while we watched movies. YEAH TERRIBLE! So.... I am off to a great start huh? ugh
But on another note, I have 45 yes only $% days to loose some weight. Now I know I am not gonna be that HOT momma I am wanting to be in 45 dyas, but I need to work extra hard because in 45 days we are going on vacation to PA where I will meet about 50 family members from Mich's side that I have never met, and let me tell you, this is a BIG FAMILY picture taking bunch so DO I WANNA LOOK LIKE I DO NOW IN THOSE PICS????? heck F NO!
So for the next 45 days, I am gonna be a water drinking, fat free eating, fruits and veggies kinda girl!
If I could just make myself do this I would be great! LOL
SO there you have it, I am on my way to loosing some weight for my much needed overdue vacaton!
