Well, here I go. I'm posting, so I'm making it official. I started my diet and exercise plan today. I'd like to lose 30 lbs, which would just put my BMI into the normal range.
My plan is to do some sort of exercise every weekday. I'd like to make it to the gym 3 times a week. I'm also getting back on my old Weight Watchers plan. It's outdated, but t worked for me before. I lost 27 lbs on it a few years ago.
I'm off to a good start. I went to the gym yesterday, so today I just walked for about 20 minutes. I would have liked to go further, but my baby girl started throwing a fit. Oh, well. It's something. And so far I've eaten 22/27 points. I drank my water, ate my fruit, and got my dairy in, but I need to eat a little more veggies. I think I'll snack on some mini carrots later. Oh, and I haven't even touched the TONS and TONS of Halloween candy we have in the house. Yay me!
I really hope I can stick to this, cuz my weight is out-of-control!
