February went by in a blur and especially the last two weeks have been very, very difficult. I have, however, lost about 8 pounds since Feb. 1st, so that's good!

I haven't set any goals for March yet.

Still no goals for March, and now it's half done. I'm planning to work out at least 30 minutes each day this week w/ the videos. So far so good, although it's only Monday.

So far I have not had one single bit of Easter candy! I had some ice cream last night- totally cheated but I enjoyed every bite!

Short term goal: to not eat too much Easter candy this week, to exercise some every day but Sunday, to participate in the dietary challenge

I just figured it out that if I average just a little more than a pound a week, I could be down to 175 by our anniversary in July. I haven't weighed that low since Raechel was a baby!

It's been a while! I did really good avoiding Easter candy this year!

I haven't weighed in for the last three weeks. My ticker says 189.5 but I'm pretty sure I'm above that. Maybe that just means when I'm motivated to really bust butt again the weight will drop off quickly- like it did when I first started. I'd be thrilled to loose 2-3 pounds a week again, but we'll see.

May is almost over and I'm still stuck at just over 191. I can't blame anything except my own lack of motivation. I haven't had a consistent workout routine, haven't stuck with a diet, and I haven't even been setting real goals. Just going with the flow... UP the scale. I'm going to have to get back on the ball right away!

I jogged yesterday! Went for a walk and I jogged some of the way, most of Juno road. I am so pleased!

part of my problem is def. lack of discipline with the diet.

I've gotten some really good workouts this month, and done some activity every day this month so far. Got new pictures up, and there wasn't much difference between now and six months ago. I wasted so much time! BUT usually when my babies are about this age I've gained weight in the past. I've still lost 10 pounds since the beginning of the year (out of the 200's!) so I need to congratulate myself for that even while I make resolutions to do even better.

I'm on day 4 of a mild herbal detox, which won't do much good unless I stop eating junk I know I shouldn't. It is a very mild detox, though, since Mary is still primarily breastfed I don't want to expose her or risk suppressing my milk supply. She's almost 10 months old, so I've been exercising pretty consistently for 9 months now.

had a great week this week for exercise. I'm resting today and feel like I really deserve it! Detox is going well, too. I've started a food log, and it is telling me pretty much what I already knew. I tend to do very well with the diet until late in the day, then I over-eat and eat junk. I need to figure out some nutritious but satisfying snacks that I can keep on hand for that time of day. Trying not to eat at all will only make me miserable. Problem is figuring out what will be available, inexpensive, and easy to hide from the kids.

coming up on 35 weeks with LO, and I'm having to slow down. My brain says "keep it up!" but my body says "slow down". I'll still try to get outside and walk and do the prenatal yoga a couple of times a week. If I feel up to something more, I'll do it. I just have no motivation to even try to continue weight training. Don't want to loose the strength I've gained, it just doesn't feel right anymore.

last month of this pregnancy... doing three days/week of prenatal yoga; three days/week cardio with stretch. Sunday will be either just stretch or rest.

I'm def. slowing down. My brain doesn't want to but my body insists and I must obey. took a great walk with the boys yesterday, but wow am I slow. took us about 40 minutes to walk 2 miles.

about time to take what could be my last belly pics.

Lucy Marie will be a week old tomorrow. I'm starting to do some daily stretching/yoga but keeping it *very* easy. Just enough to try to help keep my hamstrings and back limber. I will plan to stick with just that until at least 3 weeks or until my bleeding stops, whichever is later. At that time I will take my measurements as a starting point, but will not try to diet or do any serious exercise until at least 6-8 weeks.

Pre-Lucy weight was 205. My heaviest pregnancy weight was 224. I was 222 three days before the birth. At six days PP I weigh 210. Haven't tried on any real pants yet, but I did go ahead and pack away all the maternity clothes.

Lucy will be a month old in four days (four weeks old today). I weighed the same as last week- 200 lb. I'm surprised that I didn't loose, but not concerned. I'm going to start using a food journal today... if I can remember what I had for breakfast.
