My starting weight is 158 pounds. My goal is 145. I am doing the weight watchers program as I have had success on it before. My biggest downfall is eating way too many chips! I am addicted to them!!!!! My first goal is to lose 5 pounds and get down to 153 and then I am going to treat my self to some chips while I watch a movie on a Saturday night. I usually like to give my self rewards when I reach certain goals and that keeps me motiviated.

Yesterday (Nov 14) was my first day and I did fairly well. I walked around the mall for about 2 hours. My food intake was o.k but I need to get to the grocery store so I can eat more fruit and vegetables (something I find hard to do). I was starving by the end of the day but I figure after about a week of this my body will start to get used to it.

Today has been a good day. I had yogurt and peanut butter and toast for breakfast. Chili for lunch and we are probably having Lasagna for dinner.

Day 3 - Today was a good day. I made a yummy sandwich for lunch. I have never tried turkey bacon before and I LOVE IT!!!!! I am still working on the exercise part of this. I wanted to get a week down with my diet before I add in exercise.

I am trying to find new and interesting things to eat so I don't get bored. That is going to be a challenge of mine for the next week.
