<span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS">This is it. The party is over. The time has come for this weight to come off. Yesterdays Picture taking was a reality check.
So far my game plan is to add a morning walk to my daily activities in addition to my tae bo. I don't know where I am going with the food, but for now I will have a dinner like lunch and have soup or a smoothie for dinner. No drinking calories. I will drink 10 glasses of water every day.</span>
Okay this is day2 . I am proud of myself for going for my morning walk this morning even though I had to force myself. I will do the Tae Bo later in the day. I think the key to my weightloss is to stay busy. It will cut down on the snacking and sitting around. Need to keep moving.
