I will definitely try to update this every day, everytime I eat something. If not, then I'll write it down and check back to log it in when I can. I'm VERY serious about losing weight! It is something that HAS to be done!!!
What I have eaten --
1 cup of chili, 1 white roll, 1 teaspoon of butter
1 serving of lasagna, 1 piece of baked bread
1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
2 servings of cheese
1 cup of chili, 3 slices of bread, 1 teaspoon of butter on each
1 chicken breast burger, 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
Water intake --
3 litres mixed with Crystal Light
(so far) 3 litres mixed with Crystal Light
