lunch- a little of chinese food it was left overs
snack-
diner-bake potato with a piece of pork

Looks pretty good. Try to add some fruits/veggies and whole grains. I'd also add some dairy/calcium. Keep it up!

Sorry, I was getting ready to post here a while ago and the kids decided it was time to go to the store for noise makers for New Years and I was drug kicking and screaming from the computer. LOL

Anyway, what I'm seeing is that you are doing high salt foods (pork and Chinese) which can cause water retention. I'm also not seeing fruits or veggies or whole grains, which are all filling with fewer calories. They also provide the nutrients (vitamins and minerals) your body needs. I would highly recommend adding in those snacks so that you are eating enough throughout the day and make sure they are fruits or veggies if possible.
