well well well! my own FIRST journal! heh im going to commit to this, i ordered south beach diet book and cookbook. i HAVE TO do my hardest to commit to this, i have such a low self esteem now after having 2nd baby, i dont feel like being inimate (sorry i cant spell!) with my SO because the way i look, stretch marks and baby fat all over :-( and i dont have energy anymore i want that back so im able to do so much more things with my son. im feeling guilty :-/ my weight creeped up alittle im around somewhere 164 right now mainly because im stuffing foods down my throat trying to savor those flavors before being my south beach diet lol. once i get my SBD book and i'll go food shopping, then i WILL being my weightloss journey :-) and i'll update by then.

well i went to food shopping last night! cost me freaking 250 bucks for foods UGH but hey we need to eat to live haha, well im starting my sbd today! DAY ONE! yay! haha so far i have for breakfast is


1/4 c. of chopped scallions and onion mixed
2 eggs
kraft 2%
2 turkey bacon
1/2 cup of broccoli

i mix it in the eggs then pour it on pan and let the bottom be cooked then i added kraft 2% cheese pieces on top then fold it. and 2 slice of turkey bacon.

i hope this is right food haha, at least im learning, i'll update more later thru the day keep checking!

okay update for the snack, lunch, and dinner

midmorning snack- cheese string

lunch- cheesy shrimp and broccoli

midafternoon snack- 15 coated cinnamon/splenda peacans

dinner- broccoli with chicken breast topped with red onion, chopped scallion, and ricotta cheese mixed with shredded mozzerella

dessert i'll be eating fat free fudgescile whatever you spelled it lol

Day 2-

breakfast- 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup of green beans

snack- 15 cinnamon/splenda mixed coated peacans

lunch- baked chicken with chopped cucumbers with italian salad with lemon juice, splenda and pinch of salt salad dressing and sugar free jello

snack- cheese string

dinner- baked chickens topped with red onions and chopped scallions then topped with ricotta and mozzerella mixed until melted and 2 cup of broccoli, same as the night before, it was so good!

dessert- fugesicle

Day 3-

Keep it up! You're doing great! I know how hard it is, but once you make it through the first week, it'll get much easier.
