Goodness! I have a feeling that this is all going to be way easier said than done. I have no self control when it comes to eating. I LOVE FOOD, but I HATE how I look. Before I got pregnant with my 1st son I was 115. I got up to 151 during that pregnancy, and got back down to 125. I started this past pregnancy at 135, and got up to 173. The last I weighed myself I was 143. I feel so disgusting though, and really would love to get back down to 125. It isn't even the # amount that will get to me. I just want this tire around my waist to go away. I have recently learned that on Comcast OnDemand they have a fitness section so I am planning on starting on working out thru there during the kids nap. I really want to start going to the gym, but I am debating whether or not that I should wait the 6 weeks that I am supposed to or else just start.

I really wish that we owned a scale. I told my mom that I want one for Xmas..
Well, I started a work out today. Kaiden was with Gpa so I had some free time, but oculdn't go to the gym because DH had the key. I did a 10 minute ab work-out, and also a post partum yoga. I definitely felt the burn. I am really going to try to get myself to do a work out video everyday. I am planning on doing a work out of the OnDemand. I am really not that worried at all about the number amoutn, I just want to get in shape!
