Starting weight~ 204.6 (Jan 1st)
First goal weight~ 155 (July 1st?)
I want to reevaluate my weightloss once I get to my first goal weight of 155. This is the weight I was 5 kids ago, when dh and I got married. I'm thinking I will need to lose more since my body is so stretched out from the 5 babies.lol
I lost 30lbs before getting pg with the twins, but then gained 65-70 lbs while pg with them. They were totally worth it but now I'm tired of carrying around the extra weight.
I had a tubal ligation done since they were born via c-section so this will be the last time I have to lose the baby buldge. I've always lost it after each pg, but it normally takes me close to a yr. blah.
I used Spark people to lose the previous 30lbs and its really a great program, I still can eat what I want and lose weight, its all about alloting for the cals and treats I want to eat. Ive really found that sometimes I dont want to blow 300 cals on 1 item. I would rather eat several items of fewer cals to get my fill.
Ive really started to eat more fruits and veggies, Ive always eaten them but maybe only 1 serving a day. Im really trying to get in at least 3 servings if not more.

I hope to update with new pics soon. I've lost 16lbs so far, but I want to wait and do a pic at the 20lb mark. I'm hoping to see some change.
