My Heartburn has already started... It's going to be a long nine months when it comes to that, LOL

I don't know. I am not sure what heartburn feels like. But I have noticed a couple times lately that my diaphram area is hurting like a low burn feeling. Is that heartburn? It is usually after I eat. I never had heartburn before in my life, but this feeling is entirely new. I was thinking today it might be heartburn...but it does not go up my throat, just hangs around my upper belly.

Heartburn is up higher in your chest, a burning sensation as if some food is about to come up. And yea mine already started....what is up with that?? With my previous pregnancies it didn't kick in until the baby was big enough to start pushing things out of place. I do know that pregnancy hormones relax the esophageal sphincter though and that's why some women get heartburn right away. I guess I'm lucky this time around.

I even had a dream about it...that my throat was burning and fiery liquid was coming up...

I had horrible acid reflux during my 4th pregnancy with Cody. Brownies were the worst trigger. How horrible is that?

No way, that is too funny. It's probably because we are getting reflux in our sleep. Ugh.
