I am already tired of this! If i get ever so slightly hungry, and I don't JUMP to go eat, BAM i get hit with some pretty major heartburn.....I am ready for this phase to go away!

Almonds can help for heartburn, Hazelwood necklaces can be miracles, cut down on milk if you drink it (it increases stomach acid), if you chew gum that could help too.

Hope it goes away soon!

Yesterday I was craving vinegar and taking sips. It helped with the metallic tast and nausea, but then came the heartburn Ouch! It is painful, hope yours eases-

I had it so bad with my first DD it gave me an ulcer I pray that does not happen again.

I do not drink milk....lol it is nasty But i never heard the gum chewing, I will have to try that! TY

Thanks ladies, I am just seriously unsure how long I can take it this time LOL....it was brutal the first time.

And BTW it was totally FALSE that heartburt indicates your baby will have a ton of hair. My oldest DD was BALD until she was 14mos old LOL.....then my second DD had so much hair it reached her shoulders at birth....and never had heartburn with her LOL

I had awful heartburn with my daughter and she had a full head of hair but I don't buy into that either. I have heartburn with this one too and the baby's head is no where near ready to start growing hair! LOL
