I am currently 11 1/2 weeks and am anxiously awaiting relief from my morning sickness. With my first pregnancy I felt sick for many months and it never completely went away. I had minimal sickness with my second. My doctor said that around 14 weeks most women will start to feel better. Has this been true for any of your other pregnancies? I am worried because we will be going to Disney World when I am 16 weeks and I don't want to worry about getting sick.

With my first I started feeling better around 12 or 13 weeks. With my second I didn't feel very sick at all so I'm not sure when the light nausea I had went away. This time around I'm worried it's never going to end.

With my first I was mostly "over it" by 13 weeks or so. It was bad from weeks 9-12 or so and then tapered off.

This one, I am almost 14 weeks and it seems to be getting worse at times. It is not everyday, and has not been the whole time. But when I have it...whew. It annoys me that it is unpredictable. I don't when, or if, it will go away. I imagine it will at some point, but that my body is still adjusting to the hormones. I have had some changes in medication and progesterone levels lately, so I imagine that has something to do with it keeping on too.

Hopefully it will end for you. You have a couple weeks before I would worry about it "never ending". I think it is typical to last up until 13-14 weeks. But it would be great if this one did NOT follow the footsteps of the first pregnancy.

I am 13 weeks, and STILL sick, although the last few days have gotten better.

My m/s (well, its all day sickness) my last three pregnancies ended at 17 weeks. Then of course the heartburn started, lol, but it was nothing as bad as being sick 24/7.

Some women it peaks and slowly subsides around 11 or twelve weeks, when the placenta takes over all hormone function, thats always what it is for me, so hopefully you will start to feel better soon!!

it is such a myth that m/s magically ends at 12 weeks, I wish!!

Mine has improved a little bit the past couple of days, but I'm not getting my hopes up just yet...I'm still pretty sick at night and just get waves throughout the day...but it's only been 3 days like this so I'm not holding my breath just yet!

I find that mine calms for a few days at a time, and then hits me full force all over again. With DD I NEVER had m/s, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I sure do hope it goes away completely soon, for ALL of us!!!

i didnt have any with my first. with my second and third it was mostly gone by the second trimester. this time i am worried it is going to hang around for a while , seems to have gotten worse the last week and now i am throwing up at least once a day now (i had only throw up a few times until now ). i am hoping it has something to do with this cold i got and that it will taper off when this cold does if not vegas isnt going to be very fun for me next month
